Aircraft Delivery Services<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Delivering aircraft can be a hard, expensive and daunting undertaking, especially if the aircraft is located on a different continent. Ringway Air Services are at hand to advise on what happens and keep you updated on your investment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our aircraft delivery?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well firstly there are 3 reasons that we will deliver an aircraft. The first reason is a new aircraft is to be delivered to a customer brand new, the second reason is the aircraft is being moved for an inspection or overhaul by The Manufacturer or registered company and finally if the aircraft is to be moved as freight due to serious airworthiness faults, if that happens the aircraft will be processed at Palma. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to aircraft delivery, thanks to our frieght aircraft fleet we are able to travel to where ever an aircraft is located and perform some on-site services in order to restart and repair various components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What happens during a standard delivery?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

An aircraft delivery period is usually over the course of a week or so, it is very dependant on location, aircraft condition and local restrictions. However the usual procedure is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 1:<\/span> <\/strong>Arrival of engineers, paperwork inspections, visual inspection of all external surfaces, bays and cabin, fluid and leak check, cockpit systems checkup and engine visual inspections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 2:<\/span><\/strong> Primary safety flight and in-flight system check, shakedown of aircraft in all flight envelope conditions. De-breif and start procedures for fault rectification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 3:<\/span> <\/strong>Aircraft repair and technical work to bring the aircraft into regulation condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 4:<\/span> <\/strong>Completion of techical work and final inspection of the aircraft to allow certifcation to flight. Final flight to insure all systems correct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 5:<\/span> <\/strong>Aircraft ferry flight back to new owner\/home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What happens if the aircraft cannot be piloted?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are times when are unable to pilot your new aircraft home, this can happen for a variety of reasons and if that does happen. We will take the following action once a client has approved the operation, that way there is no obligation to invest in an aircraft that may not be safe. For safety and to ensure maximum success this process will last alot longer including the work after arrival at processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 1:<\/span> <\/strong>Arrival of engineers, paperwork inspections, visual inspection of all external surfaces, bays and cabin, fluid and leak check, cockpit systems checkup and engine visual inspections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 2:<\/span> <\/strong>Total and complete external clean of any contaminants and a deep clean in the cabin. Drain all fluids from the aircraft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 3:<\/span> <\/strong>Removal of engine(s) and ancillery equipment. Cockpit preparation and removal of major airframe componants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 4:<\/span> <\/strong>Flight preparation and secure equipment for shipping, delivery onto Freight Aircraft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 5:<\/span> <\/strong>Ferry flight of aircraft to processing facility and reverse the procedure and preperation for delivery.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
