Operating Bases
In order to fly a variety of aircraft I need to operate from multiple bases due to the size of some. Out of the entire UK I chose the two nearest airports to my home location. Those bases allow me to reach all the UK within 2 hours.

Blackpool Airport (EGNH)
Located on the north west coast of England, Blackpool Airport can trace it’s history back to the early 20th Century. In 1909 it’s first public meeting was held followed by a 1910 meeting, however by 1911 the site was used as a racecourse. World War I turned the site into a military hospital and was until 1924. During World War II Blackpool Airport was requisitioned by the Air Ministry in 1938. Three hard runways where laid out in place of the grass, and the name was changed to RAF Squires Gate, RAF squadrons stationed there was, 63, 75, 215, 96, 256 and 308 Squadrons. RAF Coastal Command also established an operational base on site with RAF Warton being used as a satelitte airfield. Additionally the RAF used RAF Squires Gate as a training unit.
Over recent years the airport saw some commerical traffic and still does host military aircraft occasionally, especially around the time of the Blackpool Airshow. Unfortunately due to a lack of passengers many commercial carriers cancelled their slots and now nearly all operations are General Aviation.
I base all my General Aviation and business aircraft from Blackpool (with the exception of the A318 which which is based at Manchester). We are committed to Blackpool operations and have started an extensive building project to build and provide a world class FBO to serve our passengers with comfort, professionalism and ease.
Manchester Airport (EGCC)
Originally called Ringway Airport (it’s located at Ringway, Manchester), it’s the north west’s major international airport, about 8miles from Manchester city centre and around the third busiest airport in terms of passenger numbers, and the busiest outside of London. The airport has 3 terminals and cargo services and is the UK second airport to operate twin runways. Again like Blackpool, Manchester has it’s routes back in World War II and was used for aircraft production and parachute training.
During the 1980s and 1990s Manchester saw rapid expansion into roughly what the airport is today.
Based at Manchester I operate the A318, which is capable of Trans-Atlantic flights to New York and also all heavy freight operations are from Manchester.
Palma De Mallorca (LEPA)
Palma De Mallorca is our resupply, refit and repair centre for all RAS aircraft. Flights may operate from here from time to time.
