Ringway Air Services is proud to be in a position to be able to supply remote engineering services and Humanitarian Aid to places across the world who are suffering from all sorts of natural or man-made disasters. The operation involves our frieght aircraft which has been specially configured to care for those in need in terms of medical and catering care, we are able to render engineering assistance to emergency services and authorities.

We will be assigning specialist aircraft to support this role in the near future, however before that can happen we need to establish a main staging area, somewhere central to Europe but with good flight times to any mission required, and the aircraft should have range and durability to operate in what may proove to be difficult terrain.

Engineering and Support Pods

RAS is currently working on a state of the art modular pod system designed to be fitted onto the main decks of the 747, 777 and MD11 aircraft, the pods are currently in the design phase.

Current Operational Fleet

RAS have set aside two aircraft in order to support and provide Humanitarian and Engineering Aid to those in need, whilst these aircraft operate normal freight operations can can be deployed within 24hours and serve as mobile command posts, catering facilities, engineering stations and medical aid in addition to that the aircraft can recover those in serious need of refuge.
